★ pace, stand, or shake your leg whenever you're doing something passive, like talking or looking at your phone. this helps boost the number of calories you burn when you're not exercising (aka your NEAT/non-exercise activity thermogenesis)
★ ^ also, try not to sit in one place for more than 25 minutes at a time. do small 2-3 minute tasks in between (put away the cups in your room! tidy! open a window! dance to music! twerk idk)
★ use small plates (duh) and chew very very slowly. drink lots of water before you eat and every few bites. one of my thinnest friends told me they only eat until they're 75% full and then drink at least a cup.
★ like i literally can't stress this enough: drink a metric shit ton of water. have a dedicated bottle that you keep next to you at all times; calculate how many times you'll have to drink the whole bottle to reach at least 80 oz and shoot for that!
★ if you're someone who gets really hungry between meals, have small snacks/craving curbers (e.x. carrots, sugar-free drinks, gum, a spoonful of peanut butter) before/between main meals! because you won't be starving it'll be easier to make healthier choices/not binge
