1. WHY AM I MAKING THIS THREAD?
a lot of people just LOVE to say "they are smaller than you" or "they wont bite you" im not stupid i know that. phobia is a fear you can control, panic takes over you

i can't it, if you asked me why am i scared i wouldnt be able to say why. i just am, its what it is, you saying that bugs are smaller than me and that there is nothing for me to be scared of wont make my phobia go away
