3. Stop Criticizing yourself. Stop being hard on yourself, you don’t need to be perfect, you just need to grow & evolve. Stop passing judgements on yourself & stunting your own growth. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
4. Tell yourself you have nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone makes mistakes, learn to let go of judgements. Yes, sometimes mistakes have serious repercussions but its imp to remember carrying the weight of those will not let you move on. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
5. Pay Attention to how you feel. Take time to discover how you feel & what triggers you. This will clarify why you react the way you do. A lot of our pain & anger stems from unresolved issues, focus on healing that part of ur life. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
6. Remind Yourself how Wonderful you are. We all have positives & negatives. More than often we derail our growth by focusing on what we’re not good at, its imp to channel our energy & remind ourselves who we truly are. Wake up your soul. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
7. Find a Safe Space. Sometimes being alone is not such a bad thing, if you can find your safe space in someone other than you, that’s wonderful, but dont count on others lifting you up. You are ENOUGH & you can count on yourself. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
8. Write a Letter to your Inner Child. Talk to the child that lives inside you, waiting to be loved & appreciated. Remind them how special and wonderful they are. They deserve love, care & happiness & you’ll always have their back. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
9. Visualize your pain releasing. Sit with yourself daily & focus on the past painful experiences leaving you forever. Visualization can be a very powerful healing process. It will help you move on. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
10. Start doing things you enjoyed doing as a Kid. Was it coloring, painting, dancing, singing, gardening? Whatever it is, rediscover what you were passionate about as a child, & do it. It’s a powerful healing method. #InnerChildHealing #Healing #innerpeace
11. Be Childlike. Children know how to live & have fun. Its okay to take time to live for yourself unapologetically. You deserve it.
