If I’m wrong tell me but the toughest job in education for me is the full timetable, predominantly KS3 state school classroom teacher. These are the voices we need to elevate. They still don’t get enough platform, key vision of mine for @Teachmeeticons is to provide more.
It’s bad we have so many organisations around edu, but we still don’t hear from these teachers enough IMO. Ppl like this sometimes contact me and say “I want to write/present on this but it’s just little old me and I don’t have expertise”. I ask what they do - FT Sec teachers.
I say “I want to hear from you!” - but that’s obv insignificant. Why aren’t big organisations giving confidence to these people? Why are they shunning them for others? So many opportunities: @Teachmeeticons will continue to develop this.
Alert: this is very much a secondary context thread. I prob should have said that from the outset. I’m sure primary FT in certain year groups would be the same, which ones?
