Tell me why would a government, without sufficient supplies even for 45+ population, open the vaccination for everyone?

Don't say the opposition wanted it. They want your resignation too.

And which government announces it without even taking its government departments and state governments in confidence?

The announcement first, a policy later and clarifications in 100s. And then, NO IMPLEMENTATION.

Where will the states buy where there is no vaccine supply? Maybe few states are playing politics. But even MP, UP and other BJP states have said that they haven't received the vaccine supply schedule even.

I can blame the bureaucracy for messing up up the implementation. Not when the entire direction is wrong.

The blame lies with the central government. The political executive.
