So, to understand the song, you have to know this tiny tidbit about Ember's home.

Ember comes from a world where machines have become the life line of mortals. Metal has taken over everything, cybernetics are more common in some places than flesh. Most wildlife has gone extinct.

Because of this, Ember was sought after and seen as highly valuable. He was fleeing from his life when he found Persephone's [ @DrowKora 's] Tower. She allowed him to call her home, his own. Inside, she has a garden beyond imagination, that she has populated with animals of metal.
