Hajime just submitted his school report and, since he has time before his work meeting and he’s been to busy for Flavor lately, he’s going to go look at tea leaves
It’s then he gets a message from Tomoya saying Ra*bits confirmed to appear in “Wonderland”

Wonderland is an Alice in Wonderland theme live multiple units participate in - Tomoya claims ra*bits will be perfect for the white rabbit roles

It’s not easy to participate in wonderland - you need a letter of recommendation from senpais and appeal to the higher ups etc
Hajime praises Tomoya for working so hard in their behalf to pull this together
It makes him really happy to see others appreciate his efforts

Hajime hears noises coming from the grounds and looks out to see Mitsuru DASH DASH DA ZE
He admires his speed (comparing him to a horse...) and wishes that, just once, he could run that fast too

There are balls flying all over the grounds, and while Mitsuru manages to dodge one, another comes right for him and hits him right on the head
Jime panics, rushing to his aid

When Nazuna heard Mitsuru had been hit by a ball, he came flying over and he is currently freaking out, the others telling him to pls calm down

Tomoya assures niichan that mitsurus injury isn’t serious and he finally starts to calm down
When Hajime contacted him about what happened, he felt like he was gonna faint on the spot

Nazuna sees Mitsuru is there too and happily starts to chat to him...until he notices Mitsuru is just staring at him oddly... he asks what’s up

It’s chapter 2 and Mitsuru has already mistaken 2 of the rabits for girls help

Nazuna freaks out and Hajime laughs and says niichan reacted the same way as him when being mistaken for a girl, and now he feels happy to be connected to niichan on a spiritual level

According to the doctor, while Mitsuru’s bump will heal right away, the shock of the collision interfered with his memory
He’s forgotten about them and about Ra*bits

Kind of just stared at this for a bit...gonna cry now

Nazuna asks if his memory will come soon and Hajime says, according to the doctors diagnosis, there’s a chance it can come back right away...but also... And then he kind of answers vaguely, brushing the question off and saying they don’t know for sure...

It seems his memory is most likely to return if his life just continues as normal, so they explained the situation to Mitsuru’s family and brought him along to the office as normal

Tomoya says they explained to Mitsuru that he’s an idol, but nothing jogged his memory so far
Mitsuru asks why everyone looks so worried and Nazuna forces a smile, not wanting to upset him

Nazuna: Uhh... I’m Nazuna Nito! I’m a member of Ra*bits, just like you, Mitsuru-chin, and I’m 2 years older than the rest of you.
Oh right, I’d just like to clarify this one point, but - I am a GUY.”

Tomoya makes him at least promise not to cause trouble from now on and Mitsuru agrees

Mitsuru accepts Nazuna is a guy, but admits he thought both he and Hajime were girls at first
Nazuna can’t believe he’s going through this Again with Mitsuru
And Tomoya is worried that cause he can’t predict what he’ll do, he can’t take his eyes off of him

Mitsuru: Nito Nazuna, Ni...Ni...Ni...
Oh, I got it! I’ll go with Niichan! You’re a guy, so “Niichan” is perfect for you!

Nazuna: ! Now that I think about it, you were the first person to call me Niichan, Mitsuruchin! I’m happy you gave me the same nickname~”

Nazuna says he’s relieved in a way! But that said, he’s still very much unsettled in many other ways...

Nazuna: Memories or not, Mitsuruchin is still Mitsuruchin! So everything’s gonna be ok! Right, Hajimechin? Tomochin?

But Tomoya still looks upset, so Nazuna asks is there something else troubling he should know...

Tomoya explains he wanted them to look over the materials for Wonderland as a group, since they were chosen for the white rabbit role
They mention how even tho there’s a lotta idols who promote themselves as cute, there’s not many jobs that call for it
So this is a rare chance

They talk about having to ensure their live is a success for the sake of future jobs and Hajime gets nervous
He then notices the name of the live is “mistaken” as Underland instead of Wonderland and this is cute enough to calm his nerves a bit

Nazuna says if it’s Mitsuru that Tomoya is worried about, no fear! Mitsuru’s intuition is like that of a wild beast and he’ll pick up the dancing and singing super fast, so they don’t need to worry!

Niichan has such faith in his kids

Tomoya reminds Niichan that Mitsuru has completely forgotten everything before Ra*bits and not even he will be able to master a year’s worth of experiences in just a month
So he’s lost whether they should go ahead with the live or pull out

Tomoya doesn’t want to stress Mitsuru, but also this is a very rare and important opportunity for them as a “cute” idol group
As the leader, he’s really worrying about what decision he should make

Mitsuru is trying to sneak away but Tomoya catches him ww

Tomoya’s like, well we’re talking about YOU in the first place, so can you not try to escape?
Mitsuru insists he keeps telling them that he’s no idol, he’s a member of the track team

Mitsuru: I’m no idol - I’m an athlete! Athletes don’t sing or dance - they run!

Mitsuru: So I’m gonna go run!! Dash daaaash!!
Tomoya: Mitsuru, stop flailing around!! Uughghh... I’ll die before letting go of you!!! Hnnnghh...!!!

Hajime says he can’t run on the agency grounds, but he’ll bring him to the ES training room or courtyard later since he thinks he’ll like them
Mitsuru is super excited and promises to behave until then

So their biggest problem is the fact that Mitsuru won’t believe any of them saying he’s an idol
He’s fully under the impression he’s an athlete only, and he doesn’t seem to have any intention to be an idol

Mitsuru just doesn’t understand and asks them why he’d quit pursuing being an athlete to become an idol and thus would be a great time for me to promote happy spring right now huh... (stay tuned I swear I’m only 5ish chapters away from finishing ;;; )

Hajime tells him he’s still in the track team at Yumenosaki but Mitsuru still doesn’t get why he became an idol

Nazuna: Didn’t you say before that no matter how fast you run, you can’t catch up to a car, but you can reach the whole world through a song in just a second?

Mitsuru *still* doesn’t get why and the others also struggle with understanding

(I just remembered it’s Tsumugi he explains his reasons to in happy spring, not Ra*bits - I’ll post those chapters tonight for ref!)

Tomoya says how Mitsuru himself has never made it fully clear why he wants to be an idol (and the tl of happy spring is crying right now)
Hajime starts getting upset that even tho he spends so much time with Mitsuru he feels sad he doesn’t know him that well...

Tomoya and Nazuna assure him they’re all in the same bought and Nazuna says they’re going to go search - they’ll visit everywhere that has a connection between them and Mitsuru to help find the fragments of his memories

Tomoya wonders where that would be - shouldn’t being in the agency jog his memories? But Mitsuru remembers nothing, saying all these PCs lined up reminds him of an electronic store (ok mood)

Hajime mentions a place Mitsuru likes a lot is the training room since he goes there a lot
They have snacks there too and it’s kind of like a manga cafe

Mitsuru: Snacks?! I wanna go there! I feel like I’ve got a memory comin’ back!
Tomoya: Are you sure. It looks to me like you just want to eat snacks... Anyway, I’m gonna be so mad if you get your memories back just from eating snacks... Give us back time time we spent suffering..

*I wrote training took but I meant resting room, sorry!
Mitsuru is super excited about all the snacks and Nazuna says he’s free to eat what he wants but please think of others too so don’t eat them all

Mitsuru suddenly stops completely still and says he can hear a song... Tomoya agrees he hears someone humming and asks if he recognizes it

Mitsuru isn’t sure, but he can feel something stirring during him and it makes him want to run... He guesses it’s familiar to him after all

The person singing was Aranee! She scolds then from all jumping out at her from behind a corner www
Tomoya apologizes and says they didn’t mean to startle, but they were curious who was humming

Oh wow ok

Mitsuru is about to call Naru by Neechan but stops himself and says Oniichan instead
Naru asks why Mitsuru would say Oniichan, and figures Mitsuru was so distracted by her beauty he made the mistake
She tells him to call her Oneechan, but he protests

Arashi: I’m just kidding~ I thought I’d rustle you a bit~
Male, female, it doesn’t matter. I’m me. So I’d be delighted if you just called me Arashichan-senpai~

Mitsuru happily agrees
Arashi is acting very calm so Nazu asks if she already knows the situation
She said the other agencies were informed and asked not to do anything to agitate/confuse Mitsuru

Nazuna feels relieved but also feels more worried if the current Mitsuru met people from other agencies as he is rn *he’d* be the one agitating/confusing them

Naru says that cooperation is very important right now and lets Nazuna know if there’s anything she can do to help, just say the word

Naru wonders if they went off track and reminds them they said something about a song
Tomoya asks about the song they heard just now and she hums it for them

Naru says the song is one that was popular years ago... She forgets the name of both the song and the group but she loves the song
She hums it to herself when she’s down - it’s her “good luck charm”

Mitsuru can’t fully remember but he has a feeling he used to really like this song
Aranee is happy to have a favorite song in common with Mitsuru~

Mitsuru is happily munching away and Tomoya is annoyed, asking him why he came here in the first place
Mitsuru: ...’Cause the snacks are delicious and it makes me happy?

Nazuna wonders where they should go next, and Naru suggests the hanging gardens - she often runs into Mitsuru when she goes up there to sunbathe

Mitsuru gets super excited at the name and starts to dash off, saying it smells like an adventure
Hajime: uh you’re going the wrong way
Tomoya is really losing it now and they run to catch him
Naru’s like, ah there they go
Naz apologizes for his kids making a fuss and follows

Mitsuru is disappointed the hanging garden is just a regular garden

Mitsuru points out that there seems to be a kappa in the pond over there and Nazu freaks out
Kanata cuts in asking if they can at least refer to him as a mermaid or merman, rather than a kappa

Kanata asks if they came to puka puka with him too and he’s happy at the thought of his allies increasing
Nazu briefly introduces him to Mitsuru, saying he’s a little weird but he’s an idol just like then

Tomoya says the weather’s a lil cold for bathing and Kanata says unfortunately Chiaki has banned bathing in water atm, so he can only stick a part of his body in
He complains that this is power harassment, but Nazuna agrees that Chiaki is right...
