My Shias, please be mindful this Youm-e-Ali. We are in the midst of a deadly pandemic. We MUST exercise good sense and reasoning. Indeed, the legacy of Imam Ali is an educated response to things. There is so much more we can do instead of large congregations.

Imam Ali looked after the orphans of Kufa (and beyond). In fact, one of his titles is 'Father of Orphans'. You could look into donating to an orphange near you.

Imam Ali also said 'The nourishment of the body is food, but nourishment of the soul is feeding others'. You could share your Iftar with those who need a good meal. Plenty of policemen, Rangers and others would really appreciate it too.

Pray. Offer Nafal. Reflect on the words of the Quran, the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and Imam Ali.

As for majlis, there are so many great speakers and scholars you could listen to online. Sayed Ammar Nakshwani and Ali Raza Rizvi speak in easy to understand language.
