#Bangalore How to get Bed for Covid+
I have personally Verified 30th April, 2021 8:45am Ground Report.

Calls will not work. Online websites, spreadsheets, leads are of no use.

If It's an emergency and you need a bed, go to hospitals. Visit them one by one. Have SRF ID ready.

You will have two options:
BBMP counter: Register for Hospital Bed for 150₹

Hospital Counter: Register for 1 -5k

This is just advance booking.
I was in a Q of 500+ waiting list.
BU number takes time to generate.

I checked at Manipal, Narayan Hrudalaya, Suguna Hospital.

Medicines & oxygen is available at almost all hospitals (only available once admitted). If you need oxygen for patients at home, wait for the refill van to arrive at any hospital and purchase it directly from them at around 1000₹. Please do not believe in brokers and Middlemen

Once again, no online leads, no ph#, no spreadsheet, no app/ website will help you with bed availability. Dont waste your time. We had difficulties getting a hospital bed for an ex serviceman of Karnataka Police even after contacting the right people.

If it's not an emergency, consult a doctor and get the right medication at home. Avoid unnecessary crowding at Hospitals putting you and your family at risk. Hospitals will keep Covid+ patients for 3-4 days and discharge them for rest of the treatment to be completed at home.
