I should really stop QRTing with different opinions to what people think, keep getting people looking to fight over it in my mentions and I just cba to do it over twitter with people who are obviously in their camps with their pfps/@‘s being based on the thing I have a take on
This tied with the fact I think one of the leads at the geofront took a tweet replying to a qrt I said about localisation the wrong way (because I worded it badly and was also uninformed deeply on the topic) just makes me not wanna do it at all anymore ygm
That one hurts especially because I fucking love the geofronts work (Zero was 11/10) and I know how bad localising trails games are, Christ seeing stories from Sky FC/SC makes me want to hug them. But because I mentioned it in a tweet that was dumb and trying to condense a topic-
- that needed more tweets and even then probably shouldn’t have mentioned the Azure loc. timeframe at all, the guy saw it and wrote a (really good and interesting) thread about it on his TL. Like, he never mentioned it was me but my anxiety tells me it was LMAO
Makes me feel awful, because I love their stuff as I said, and the Azure patch is my most hype thing rn, and I think I upset them from a dumb anecdote in a tweet? That’s like the last thing I wanted to do lol and I can’t stop thinking about it bc I never wanna do that to anyone

All this is to say that everything’s a learning experience, and I’ve learned being more.. engagey? is getting more likes, replies and such (most are fun and cool too!), but god is it making my anxiety skyrocket

Genuinely havent had anxiety with online interactions like this since I first got it back on YT in like 2014 lol, guess the pandemic really does take a toll mentally, even if you’re sure it didn’t. My OCD, depression and anxiety been spiking recently, need some TLC for my brain
