Round 1 pick 1 - Trevor Lawrence - Jacksonville Jaguars

This is the inevitable. In dynasty, Trevor is already a top 7-10 QB. Is he the tide that lifts all boats? If so, it's time to guy get DJ Chark.

Can't wait to see what he becomes after all the hype.
Round 1 pick 2 - Zach Wilson - NY Jets

Wilson has all the arm talent you could be looking for. This is where the Mahomes comps come from. However, Zach Wilson played a far inferior level of competition. He has high ceiling, but his bust potential is also very real. Be careful.
Round 1 pick 3 - Trey Lance QB - SF 49ers

The Shanahan Troll Job was in FULL EFFECT!!! Wow. Easily the 1.03 in your Superflex draft. Many will take him at the 1.02, and that isn't the wrong decision. This is an awesome move by the 49ers. Risk/Reward is sky high!
Round 1 pick 4 - Kyle Pitts TE - Atlanta Falcons

Matt Ryan wins the draft and will now have Pitts, Julio and Ridley at his disposal. Pitts will be the highest drafted TE in dynasty fantasy football history (as far as I can see), and he will have to be elite to live up to that.
Round 1 pick 5 - Ja'Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals

This the automatic WR1 in our 2021 dynasty rookie drafts. Chase is such a stud and will absolutely not fail. He is as safe a 1st round rookie pick as they get. Hopefully the Bengals can get some protection for Burrow.
Round 1 pick 6 - Jaylen Waddle - Miami Dolphins

In real football, this feels like a huge mistake, but Waddle is a tantalizing talent. Can Tua start throwing the ball downfield in year 2? He's gonna have to. Waddle & Fuller will be one of the fastest tandems of WR's in the NFL.
Round 1 pick 10 - Devonta Smith - Philadelphia Eagles

This is a very exciting pick for Eagles fans and quite frankly, I think Devonta will be just fine at the NFL level. Hurts, Smith, Reagor, Sanders , Goedert and (for the moment) Errz make up a formidable offensive skill group.
Round 1 pick 11 - Justin Fields - Chicago Bears

You did it Bears fans!!! Congrats.

It’s gonna be hard to keep Fields off the field and I expect him to start sooner rather than later. Perhaps a week 1 starter.

Fields and Lance are picks 2 and 3 in Superflex drafts.
Round 1 pick 15 - Mac Jones - NE Patriots

Jones will have the luxury of sitting behind Can Newton for however long that makes sense. Landing in a strong system will be great for Mac.

Jones will be a great pick in the late 1st and sometimes early 2nd of Superflex rookie drafts.
Round 1 pick 20 - Kadarius Toney - NY Giants

Gettleman gonna Gettleman.

Toney is an enticing player, but picking him over players like Rashod Bateman and Elijah Moore in round 1 is malpractice.

He may turn out. It’s possible. But as a process play, this is an awful pick.
Round 1 pick 24 - Najee Harris RB - Pittsburgh Steelers

This was the pick that everyone had in their mock draft. The drafts worst kept secret.

Najee remains the RB1 for most dynasty gamers and rightfully so. Let’s just hope Pitt gets some OLine help in round 2/3.
Round 1 pick 25 - Travis Etienne RB - Jacksonville Jaguars

I saw this coming a mile away. The Jagd envision using Etienne much like Saints/Kamara (he’s likely not as good), but he still gets to keep playing alongside T Law.

JRob could make Etienne fall in some rookie drafts.
Round 1 pick 27 - Rashod Bateman WR - Baltimore Ravens

Well, Lamar gets his WR1. Marquis will continue to stretch the field and deliver big plays. But Bateman steps in as the Alpha target-hog.

How many targets will that be? Lamar only targeted WRs 215 times in 2020.
Round 2 pick 34 - Elijah Moore WR - NY Jets

Zach Wilson won’t be able to blame a lack of weapons, that’s fo sure.

Corey Davis & Denzel Mims on the outside and Jamison Crowder & Elijah Moore on the inside.

Lots of mouths to feed, which will only make Moore easier to acquire.
Round 2 pick 35 - Javonte Williams - Denver Broncos

My love for Javonte is well known, and in this offense, he should be able to thrive.

I don’t see Melvin Gordon as an impediment, but he should help keep the cost down on Javonte.

Think Nick Chubb year one in Cleveland.
Round 2 pick 49 - Rondale Moore - Arizona Cardinals

This is absolutely a system match. The Cards play the most 4 & 5 receiver sets, so giving Rondale some space in the middle should suit him well.

Don’t sweat the target competition, if he’s a good enough player, he’ll eat.
Round 2 pick 55 - Pat Freiermuth - Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers may be forced to play this kid at Offensive Tackle.

Geez.

Pat is a good player. Very well rounded. I wouldn’t be reaching for him in rookie drafts, but at the right spot, he’ll have value.
Round 2 pick 56 - D’Wayne Eskridge - Seattle Seahawks

Eskridge is a lightning quick slot, but he’s already 24 years old & played at Western Michigan. If you could design a bust-candidate in a lab, this would be it.

I hope my rookie drafters also draft Eskridge ahead of Terrace.
Round 2 pick 57 - Tutu Atwell - LA Rams

This is one of those “better real NFL pick thy fantasy pick”. I will likely have zero shares of the 149 pound burner from Louisville.

I’ll wish him luck and I hope he smashes in the NFL - but I won’t be betting on it.
