Some guiding principles:
1/ If their tweets are short, keep your DM short.
If their tweets are long, still keep yours short.
They shouldn't have to scroll to read the full message.

2/ Use spacing to your advantage.
Skip rows for the message to feel shorter and more digestible.

3/ If you're asking to jump on a call, give them just enough info for them to be interested.
Don't give them a reason to say no by saying more than you have to.

4/ If they're a "celebrity", you're balancing:
- showing them that you've done your homework
- enough context for them to feel like they can contribute
- hook for them to want to help
Still keep it short.
