We’re saying goodbye to many very talented people. People who helped us get to where we are today. My goal is to help every one of them find their next home well before departure pay is done.

Why the restructuring?

We have been working for years on making incentive-aligned education work. It’s harder than we initially thought; we’ve had to invent a lot from scratch simultaneously and we have to get a lot of things exactly right.
That said, many things are working very well, and we’re close. We have a few challenges to work out, and today’s restructuring and right-sizing are a part of creating the time to address them and build for the future.
We’ve been very careful to minimize impact for our current students, and current students can expect continuity and our continued commitment through graduation and on their path to finding a new career.

We are, however, pausing enrollment in our part-time programs for a bit.
Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all those who have worked so hard to make this a reality for our students. From myself, the thousands of students you’ve helped thus far, and the millions of students to come.
