I just want to be thankful that I managed to get home safely, as I walked from Bayswater (town )to Khayelitsha location in Bloem. The agreement was to clean the house(everything wash windows, curtains, 2blankets and clothes) for R500.

Fine I hustled R24 to go as I knew I will be sorted with return fair. Arrived at the place around 9am and finished everything kabo 4pm. I was given food to eat, grateful for that, now I need payment so that I can leave.

She asked for my bank account details to send which I said it’s no longer in use, and said she will do a cash send to my number that I can withdraw at the atm. Waited by the gate for 30minutes or so no luck and finally decided to let go and just gathered strength and asked for protection to get home safe. It’s so sad to be treated like nothing as I was trying to work for my money and don’t feel sorry for my situation and do nothing
