I can almost make out what kind of car this man drives from his keychain
The masked fascist who invented an “infiltrating antifa” story drives a late model (2013 or later) Dodge, possibly a RAM pickup. Thanks, @FrostedMeats and others.
Pit viper sunglasses. That tracks
This interview with the masked fascist took place at the offices of Fiumara & Milligan Law in Santa Rosa, CA. https://fiumara.com/santa-rosa/

At one point in the video you can see the name and password for their wi-fi on a piece of paper. @dannoyes what date was the interview?
Today, @dannoyes released a ludicrous, single-sourced "exposing Sonoma County antifa" interview with a masked, anonymous fascist wearing a Golden State hat.

Mere hours earlier, the "Golden State Nationalist" channel published their "Sonoma County Unmasked" video.
The interview with the anonymous, masked fascist took place at the law offices of Fiumara & Milligan Law in Santa Rosa, CA.

The "Golden State Nationalists" (who are almost surely behind this absurd propaganda) have a Gab channel.

The channel's first follower is from Sonoma, CA.
ABC7’s Dan Noyes has a long history of embedding with violent right-wing extremist groups and using them as sources in his stories. https://twitter.com/dannoyes/status/901576375445856257
Dan Noyes interviewed with Proud Boy (and Capitol rioter) Philip Anderson, describing him only as a “Trump supporter”.

Anderson was famously punched by a local resident after vowing to “beat the sh*t” out of people at his planned right-wing rally in San Francisco last year. https://twitter.com/dannoyes/status/1317696482254811136
This is an embarrassing breakdown in journalistic ethics and basic fact-checking by @dannoyes and @abc7newsbayarea.

They granted anonymity to a member of a violent hate group so they could run a ludicrous story about “antifa”. https://twitter.com/abc7newsbayarea/status/1387889448080261131
Because ABC7 didn’t properly mask this fascist’s voice, we were able to pitch-correct it. Here is the fascist’s voice unmasked, thanks to @chogmorson.

We have a tentative ID on the leader of this group, holding off publishing pending further verification.
Here’s a question: if these people vandalized the house, wouldn’t they have photos of it themselves? They wouldn’t need to ask someone else to swing by in the morning to get pictures.
We enhanced and sharpened this frame to show what’s on the fascist’s laptop screen (top third of this photo).

Hint: Work from the original video and use VLC Player to export frame-by-frame in full quality, rather than relying on screenshots (which lose fidelity).
A Proud Boy bear sprayed anti-fascists and brandished a large knife during a violent Proud Boys rally in Sacramento.

Dan Noyes summarized this as “Trump supporter in a Santa suit pulled out a large knife to defend himself” - again. Dan describing Proud Boys as “Trump supporters” https://twitter.com/dannoyes/status/1335458720730386433
Questions for @dannoyes:

1. Does your anonymous interview subject on “Sonoma County antifa”, who wore the Golden State hat in the interview, have any connection to the Golden State Nationalists, who put out a “Sonoma County antifa exposed” video the SAME DAY you went to press?
Questions for @dannoyes:

2. Were you aware that person running the neo-nazi linked Golden State Nationalist account on Gab had previously produced the same “Sonoma County antifa” video?

3. How many other reporters did these nazis shop this hit piece to before they found you?
Questions for @dannoyes:

4. Have you or your station, @abc7newsbayarea, ever knowingly used members of violent, far-right extremist groups including Proud Boys or Patriot Prayer, as *anonymous* sources for stories about alleged “antifa” wrongdoings?
Questions for @dannoyes:

5. Have you or your station, @abc7newsbayarea, ever paid money to members of violent, far-right extremist groups for footage, including but not limited to Eddie Block?

6. If yes, has any of the money you paid been used to further extremist activities?
Questions for @dannoyes:

7. When you vetted this interview subject and chose to grant him anonymity, you said he voted for Bernie in 2016 and Trump in 2020.

How did you verify who he voted for?
Questions for @dannoyes:

8. Is this you sitting in the white car behind Joey Gibson, a member of the violent far-right extremist group Patriot Prayer, while he flashes a white power sign, on Aug 26th, 2017 on Gough St. north in San Francisco?

Do you still “embed” with nazis?
Questions for @dannoyes:

9. Have you read the SPJ’s Ethics Committee position on Anonymous Sources?

“Always question sources’ motives before promising anonymity…be sure the reason is not to boost her own position by attacking someone else’s, to even the score with a rival…”
Questions for @dannoyes:

10. Have you read the Associated Press guidelines on granting anonymity?

Do you feel that you adequately checked your source’s reliability and their motivations for disclosing the information?
Is it standard procedure for journalists to film an anonymous source’s Google two-factor authentication flow?

With a little work, we should be able to make out this email address from video stills.
