i believe it's true, but also: our impulse SHOULDN'T be to question accounts; it should be to question the alleged OFFENDER. THEY'RE the one requiring scrutiny & questioning.

the 20 women who came forward deserve respect and for you to give them the time of day. if your fall on the side of questioning them and not the accused, you need to actively change that. start interrogating clarke instead, and others like him.

and by the way, it's an unbelievable thing to do - to stand up and press forward your allegations and intensely personal stories (some traumatic) when the person you're accusing has the fame and awards cupboard of noel clarke. the 20 women who came forward are heroes.

gina powell, jahanna james, helen atherton, synne seltveit, jing lusi, philippa crabb, ieva sabaliauskaite, anna avramenko, 'becky', 'megan', 'kim'. 'mel', 'chantal' and 'leila' are among them.

and by the way, if your first thought was about doctor who, than it shouldn't have been. your first thought should've been about those who clarke allegedly harassed, and the intense immorality and violation that clarke seemed to feel entitled to enact.

however, i want to stress that clarke's role (and john barrowman's) do NOT tarnish the incredible work of russell t davies or julie gardner or chris eccleston or david tennant or billie piper or camille coduri, or ANYONE who worked on who.
