seeing the "men and women can't be friends because of the inevitable sexual tension" discourse again. always silly. assumes everyone is straight, also assumes that if you experience any sexual tension with a friend that automatically cancels out your friendship or something

friends can even have full sex, if they like, i hear. doesn't make them not friends, unless you have a particularly old-fashioned mindset

even for people who'd say that opinion the problem isn't the sexual tension really, it's piss-poor communication skills & inability to manage feelings. fleeting attraction means either marriage or someone being shipped off to a convent, because it's not like talking is an option
