This is new-level & dangerous PRIVATIZATION of governmental functions!

AZ State Senate Pres @FannKfann needs to get a handle on this. I don't believe she had clear idea of the bad governance Pandora's Box she was opening.

As a colleague pointed out to me yesterday, this also could/should be looked at by @TheJusticeDept and/or @EACgov - federal issues, laws and elections involved.

In addition, the State Senate - a legislative body, btw - coulda/shoulda PASSED LAWS for this. Right now, it is an extra-legal recount and door-knocking exercise, still ignoring the election integrity laws THEY previously passed.

I rarely - if ever - "raise an alarm" (as one reader put it) like this. I did not post the tweet lightly.

Someone replied that the Flynn appeal was fake. Here is a screenshot from Parler showing it, and that it is from a verified account belonging to the pardoned General.
