There are two things I love most about all the #operationmallard stuff.

1. Thousands of people are discovering how wonderful my Dad is and I just could not be prouder of him. Honestly, my heart is just bursting that you all get to share that with me too. [does little cry]

Okay... getting a grip now.
2. It's helped people to find the stuff I've written and filmed about mental health and getting a late autism diagnosis, and it is helping people (they've told me!)

I am so glad it is making people smile and also helping them too. Lots of love xxx
