in this thread i'll be talking about weeekly's achievements, talents, the bond between each other, their hard work, their teamwork, why are they different from the other groups etc. please read it till the end and if u consider adding them to ur stanlist imma add guides too.

i wanted to start with all the ROTY awards Weeekly got as an 6-7 months old group.

in predebut they made music circle videos with 1TheK and i know you all watched this video at least once and were all in love with their vocals.

btw even tho no one actually made an effort to stream the video it has 3.3M views.

the YouTube views.. tbh i never thought they could ever be this popular in this short amount of time. they're not from a well-known company and they were not well-known in predebut years either. but still..

After School debuted with really unexpected rankings on Spotify etc.
it's been more than a month since After School was released and it's still on the charts. and it still gets a lot of views too.

tbh i don't have all the achievements they have as a whole so i just shared the once that was easiest to find so if you want to know more you can search more abt it!

before starting to the talents part i want to show you this video. this song(My Earth)'s written and composed by all the Weeekly members. it's about saving the earth. just with this one song you can see how thoughtful and talented they really are.

weeekly is definitely different from any other gg or bg. they're not like a regular gg with a cute concept. they ofc do cute concepts but they're literally capable of doing anything. they're not just covering gg songs either.

their choreos are always showing their dance skills and they show it with covers too. and you can see clearly that they enjoy every moment of their performances too.

in any cover they make it's just so easy to see how good their acting and dance skills are. we all call them theater kids and it's totally not just bc of their own choreos. they act in every single cover perfectly and u can see that too.

like when kpop groups are on stage it's not just all dancing and singing. they need to make ppl watch with their acting and visual skills. by visual skills i don't mean being pretty. yes they're pretty but the thing that makes you watch them is different.

and btw weeekly has 3 main dancers. and they all deserve to be one bc they're obviously better than most of the ppl in the industry *in my opinion*

2 of the main dancers are the main vocalists so they're the vocal line too. just listen to this live let it go cover...

for the rapline weeekly has 1 main rapper and here's a video her practicing in predebut. volume up in the beginning of the video to listen. i wanted to put her after school line but you all probably heard that already so.

and ofc the visual line with perfect visuals.

and our beloved producer Shin Jiyoon. she has written 5 songs and composed 4 of them since their debut. so each comeback has at least one of her songs in it.

last but not least the center line idk if that's what you call it but they're the centers. both of them are main dancers and tbh i never expected soeun to be a center but they're both just perfect.. so here's video of our centers it's from predebut stages

now that you see all positions etc. im gonna put some videos so you can really see how talented each of them are.

lee soojin - the leader, main dancer, vocalist, rapper, visual, center

soojin trained for the longest in the group and she really worked so hard. she's indeed a super talented and caring person. there's nothing she can't do.

she participated in mixnine but got injured in a car accident. before that she was going really well and i personally think she would make it to the final lineup. and im always questioning the fact that her vocals're so underrated.. like why..just listen

shin jiyoon(the one with the green top) - lead dancer, lead vocalist, rapper, producer

jiyoon is literally the smartest in the group. she's good with languages she even draw the album cover. she's good at performing she's good at everything.

she can dance, sing, play guitar, produce, rap and she has perfect visuals too. and all the songs she has written is our favorites tbh. bc she really is a perfect producer. idk she's perfect ok.

kim jimin(monday) - main dancer, main vocalist, rapper

tbh ik every daileee considers monday as the lead rapper. even from her positions you can see how talented she is. but I'll put some covers too ofc

i can say this confidently that monday is the best gg vocalist of 4th gen. it's not just bc her voice is so beautiful. her notes are steady and everything im not a person with full knowledge but as far as i know she knows what she's doing very well

park soeun - the dance leader, main dancer, main vocalist, center

i think soeun's dancing skills are super underrated. like she's definitely one of the best dancers in 4th gen but still no one talks abt her enough. stop sleeping on talent..

this cover was the reason i became a soeun biased fan tbh. i always thought i could never choose one but this video is just too beautiful... her voice is gorgeous and she's gorgeous too

lee jaehee - lead rapper, vocalist

i truly thought she would be given a visual position bc jaehee was always so good at her acting and behaviors on stage even in predebut stages she was stunning.

and her vocals're so underrated too. she gets small parts but she nails it anyway. and her energy just makes it even better. she's a former actress too, she can rap, sing and dance..

han jihyo(jihan) - lead vocalist, lead dancer, visual

tbh jihan's popular since before her debut bc of her stage name.. her being popular with this little stuff makes me happy but i want to see ppl appreciate her talent esp.

she loves to sing and it makes me even happier to see her this happy while singing. tbh i think weeekly's lead vocalists are capable to be a main vocalist for another group. bc all of them are really good at singing.

jo hyewon(zoa) - main rapper, vocalist, visual, maknae

she's just so good at performing like if u watch any zoa fancam u can see she's really having fun. honestly i think she never thinks performing as a job. it's her passion. and she really loves it.

even tho she debuted so young she had all the talent. her rapping skills are already so good i just don't think she had enough chance to show herself completely. and her voice is so pretty just like her.

and abt their bond... they grew up together esp. the unnie line+jaehee. they've been together for years and they worked hard to succeed together. when zoahan was added it felt like they had babies or something tbh.

it felt like their family was growing and they always try their best to take care of them. they all take care of each other tbh. all weeekly members are so touchy and comfy around each other. it seems super natural to me.

and ofc loving each other isn't their only thing.. they have so much fun together. it's like 7 kids playing random games. they're not trying to make a pretend family non of them tries to be the mom etc. they're just a family with the way they are

they're pretty similar to each other. like mentally.. it feels like they get each other very well and even tho they have little fights it's always fine. bc they're gonna turn back to each other. they're all funny and they love spending time with each other

ok this becomes way too much emotional.. they're so fun tbh. like when you watch anything there's always something that makes you laugh or feel happy. idk how but they always do that.

and the last thing i wanna talk about is 'why are they different from 8th groups'

they're the theater kids of kpop. they use props for each title song and they work hard on every single detail. their dance, teamwork, vocals, acting, rapping..

and most importantly it's not important what others think.. they don't do hot concepts bc they're young or they just don't want to. bc they're having fun now. they make songs abt a girls love towards another girl and that's normal for them.

they're still so young and they're all so talented. and they care abt their fans so much. they even know some ppls usernames. they literally remember every single person. even tho they debuted with pand3mic they have a great bond with the fans.
