Employers who "take a chance" on young people with potential ... blessing!
Alot of young people never make it pass the interview stage (not because they're incompetent but, maybe, they have a hard time selling themselves in 30 minutes).

Interviews need to be skewed to determine competency - Give em a scenario and ask how they'd approach it or supmm.
Stop asking what we gon do in 5 years - we dont really know but right now, we want this job.
Not everybody can wow you with amazing interview skills but give em a task and you'll see how creative and innovative they are.

Please leave old interview strategies behind.
