Although the Disused Tube Station was apparently sold by the MOD to Firtash for luxury housing development the MOD bizarrely missed that it was situated on Brompton Road/Cottage Place literally NEXT DOOR to Firtash's Cottage Place Mansion. 1/
While the MOD allowed Firtash to pay off £33m of the price later, land registry docs (obtained by myself with @bylinetimes) reveal more. A remortgage on the property occurred in 2016 in favour of Banque Havilland SA formerly Kaupthing Bank, famous for belly upping Iceland. /2
Kaupthing most famous client was Vincent Tchenquiz former main shareholder of Cambridge Analytica. Banque Havilland is owned by former Tory Chairman nominee David Rowland who is a close friend of Prince Andrew, the royal opening the bank for Rowland in 2010. /3
Kaupthing's most famous client was former Cambridge Analytic main shareholder Vincent Tchenguiz. Apparently, Tchenguiz and Rowland know eachother. Tchenguiz and Firtash are reportedly well known to eachother and share business interests. /4
Documents show that Banque Havilland financed a remortgage of Firtash's next door mansion at the same time as the Tube station.
