There's tabletop people out there right now who go "You dont really need my product. I produced it cheaply. I'm valuing it at almost nothing because anyone can make this" and then wonder why their 5 dollar PDF makes 2 sales a month when they have no confidence backing it up
"you see anyone can make this, anyone who understands this 40 year old system I'm writing for can do content for it, I did the art with one B2 pencil on a napkin and laid it out in word, this is what indie is, I will sell 20 copies and be happy."

Cool. I won't.
I'm going to get talented people and gorgeous art. I'm going to design a system according to principles I've learned and constructed over decades. I am going to be confidently stating that you want what I have to offer, and I am pricing it competitively *because I value my work*.
And I will swagger with that confidence and go, "You want this. This is fresh. This is new. This is cool and good and well made. You are going to enjoy this. And it's just as good as the biggest players on the market, and probably better too." Because I value myself and my work.
Crab bucket mentality is not for me. I'm here to make a splash, not try to avoid making a ripple. And I am *confident* that you are going to *love* it.
