okay I literally know nothing about this series somehow I have avoided all spoilers this is completely new to me! I am very excited
a friend of mine recommended me six of crows YEARS AGO and I bought it but ended up not reading it because I was in the middle of a different series and then I forgot about it but here we are! we'll get there eventually
kinda obvious but figure I ought to do a PSA there will be spoilers in this thread for the book! I haven't watched the series and I'm not going to until I've finished the book so I’m not gonna be able to pick up on differences and stuff it'll just be my reactions :)

the first chapter and I'm already gripped I want to see how they do in the test? how are they gonna be tested?? interesting to see there's stigma around the Grisha? like the whole 'witches' thing is a good conflict for the story mhm also that LAST LINE-
I want to know more about the duke he seems cool?? has loads of money adopts orphans of the war fights in the war?? seems like a cool guy I hope there's more of him

this book moves FAST but I love it there's so much that happens it's keeping me ENTERTAINED honestly doing chapter by chapter feels like I'm breaking up my reading almost too much lmao
my conclusions from this chapter is just that the darkling is so fucking hot
