Demystifying my views:
Baptism does not save without faith. If a person chooses to be baptized but does not trust in Christ for salvation, baptism will not be effectual to their salvation. They will be objectively in the covenant, but will be covenant breakers
I believe infants who are baptized are given faith in Christ.
Baptism does indeed wash away sins, give the Holy Spirit, cleanse from sin, save, only because it is God who promises to do it, not because baptism is a work we do to earn salvation
I do not define regeneration the way many do. Regeneration is baptism. Baptism does objectively bring us into new life among God's people, but can only bring us to new life in our souls when coupled with faith.
Faith and baptism go together, we do not separate them. A person who claims faith but refuses baptism is not a believer. A person who is baptized doesn't automatically now have the Holy Spirit
