But which one is more important and you need to consider the most?
Let& #39;s talk about some of these ideas:
TRUE PASSION!
Do you think the key to having a satisfying job is first figuring out what you& #39;re passionate about and finding a job that matches this passion?
Although it is common advice, let me tell a story about it :

Although it is common advice, let me tell a story about it :
In 2005 Steve Jobs attended a speech and said, "Love what you do."
Interesting, same advice from a great man.
But that was what he said. What he did actually was a little different.

What was Steve Jobs& #39; passion? Mobile phones and PCs?
No!
It was Buddhism. Yes!
If he followed his true passion, there wouldn& #39;t be IPhones and macs in your pockets or homes.
A little hard to think about, isn& #39;t it?

Instead ... The Apple founder went through a lot of ups and downs.
He chose to struggle. With all the obstacles, he didn& #39;t stop.
And made it to build an empire that is strong and alive, even after his death.
So is it going after a passion or building a unique skill?

Only 45% of Americans describe their jobs as satisfying.
It was 61% in 1987!
Interesting that with all the changes in the world, this number is steadily decreasing.

If you think you need to follow your passion and "THEN" find a job that fits into that passion, you& #39;re setting yourself up for failure.
People with that mindset will constantly find themselves dissatisfied with their current position. Just hoping to do what they dream of.

And let& #39;s be frank! Almost 90% of passions are related to hobbies like football or video games.
NOT CAREER PASSIONS!
So what about the people who have a CAREER PASSION?
How can we explain this?

Career happiness is related to:
-Autonomy: Control over your life.
-Competence: Feeling of being good at what you do.
-Relations: Your relationship with other people.

It will take some time to gain these three golden traits.
So there& #39;s no one-night passion. It& #39;s something that has to be built.
In other words, focus on what you can offer to a job, not what a job can offer you!

Just practice and practice and practice.
Grow the unique skills that are needed.
And be sure that you& #39;re putting your best into it.
And then?

Then you will be so good at what you do that nobody can ignore you.
And it brings you more autonomy and, therefore, career satisfaction.
See? Nothing overnight.
