I've been having so many interviews making it through so many rounds and still NOTHING. All I hear is:

-Your experience was great but we had an extremely competitive pool of candidates
-We want to stay in touch for future opportunities that may align better with your background

-We found someone with a bit more experience but we want to stay in touch for future opportunities.
-It was an extremely hard decision, it was between you and another candidate...

Like...I've literally heard it all because I ask questions after...(To gain insight on what I can be doing better etc.)

& it seems to never be me and my experience, just a better candidate but I want to know what makes them better....
