A Story of the 49ers Offseason

This resulted in them ending up with a 6-10 record and last in the NFC West

They went into a offseason with a reducing cap, losses in free agency were inevitable

They resigned one of their major offensive Weapons in A FB

They were then able to sign the biggest Free Agent of the offseason in their prize LT

Miraculously, they were able to bring almost all their free agents back, as well as some extra players

Draft speculation began with the height of free agency behind them, the 49ers owning the 12th pick

A few days later the unthinkable, the 49ers traded up to the 3rd pick! Everyone believing it was for a future QB.

The speculation immediately leading to a Ohio State QB... many believing this the reason for the trade up

Not everyone agreeing, sources pointing to Shanahan’s past QBs

The QB, that seemed a match, the Beer Belly, party animal Alabama QB.

People pointed to his pocket presence and accuracy being a major keys that Kyle loves his QB having

Many fans not agreeing with this, despising the pick, and not being a fan of the Alabama QB

Weeks go by and nothing changes, sources stating they traded up for the Alabama QB being presumed pick

Fans not buying the sources, saying that it is a smoke screen, the 49ers not wanting to give any hints away

As draft day approached sources stating the 49ers were down to two, the Alabama QB and a QB from North Dakota State

As Draft Day approaches nobody knows who the pick is, speculation is at the peak, people torn between who sources are reporting and who they think the pick should be

As Draft Day is here, the pick is anything but obvious, the choice down to three, unless a major shock occurs.

One will be picked and have the pressure of an entire franchise on their back

The rookie QB will arguably be in the best situation since a certain QB went to a a certain team

Who ever the QB is, the 49ers are in position to be good for a very long time. A multi time Super Bowl champ is not to far away
