Cain intends to try for a vote again, without a hearing, after the House adjourns today.

And Rep. Cain has brought #SB7 before the Elections Committee. #txlege

We are on the last of a series of amendments offered by Democrats on the committee. All have been voted down along party lines. #txlege #SB7

And without a hearing, #SB7 is out of committee and could be headed to the House floor. Vote was 5-4.
