A Swedish municipal government let the public guide them on what kind of architecture would be realized in a new development and in the end this beautiful revisit of gold standard Scandinavian urbanism was selected. By Nils Freckeus at Odinviken, construction starts in 2023.

The other two winners, also to be realized, were also great: ES-A Arkitekter and Arkitema (do they all have Twitter accounts?). To me they look a bit 1910s and 1900s in style.
