Being trans isn't a "belief" I hold, even if people can't see that. Just like I don't BELIEVE my eyes are blue, they ARE blue.
Some people can't see that my eyes are blue, be it because they're colorblind or just haven't seen a picture of me.

But my eyes ARE blue. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about my eyes, it doesn't change that I know they're blue.
The difference is nobody can look in a trans person's ear and see our minds and figure it out. Cis people have to rely on our word a lot.

But straight people have to rely on the word of lesbians and gays and bisexuals. Transphobes go on about "reproduction", but last time I checked two cis lesbians can't get each other pregnant no matter how much they try. So why don't the "GCs" get mad about them?

The thing is, the new anti-trans movement is homophobic. That's why certain "alliances" are partnering so smoothly with conservative organizations that fight against LGBTQ+ rights (I dare not invoke their names)

This thread is kinda all over the place, but please hear my warning.
They'll get you next. They don't care about you farther than they can use you as a tool.
And when that time comes we won't open our arms to you. Why should we, when you let them use you to hurt us?
