Just finished talking #Panthers on @SportsCenter...
CAR is still receiving calls for the No. 8 pick
I’m told if they stay at 8 and don’t (or can’t) take a QB, they would be interested in one of the OTs (Rashawn Slater - if he’s still on the board - or Alijah Vera-Tucker)

On Bridgewater trade:
Sources told me Denver was always the most likely destination. Even though #Panthers had talked to some other teams previously, the #Broncos were “always the most interested” in Teddy.

RE: #Panthers: NFL execs I’ve spoken to believe No. 8 “is the floor” for Justin Fields, so it’ll be interesting to see if he’s still there when CAR is on the clock.
I’m also hearing HC Matt Rhule wants to accumulate more picks, so keep an eye out for a trade back at some point

Something interesting: I was told one of the questions posed to #Panthers’ GM candidates was: “Would you be willing to trade up to draft a QB this year?”
Clearly, owner David Tepper has long had an eye on finding the *next* franchise guy. But will it be Darnold or someone else?
