Recomendations for COVID-19 patients in India:
If oxygen saturation less than 94 and you cannot get to an hospital bed:
1. Prednisone 40 mg or dexamethasone 6 mg daily for 10 days.

2. Steroids increase acid in stomach, so pantoprazole 40 mg daily or famotidine 20 mg twice a day
3. Aspirin 325 mg daily
4. Budecort 2 puffs twice a day. Rinse mouth well after use.
5. Vitamin c, zinc
6. Fabiflu if available
