As a heterosexual woman de-centring men does not mean suddenly being a feeling-less robot in your personal romantic relationships or not desiring them at all. It’s so much deeper than that.
It’s about letting go of the conditioning that your personhood is only valuable when validated by a man. Thinking that you need to be “chosen” and accepted by men at all costs. It even goes way beyond romantic encounters.
Drop all the pretence we’re all human beings, who feel lonely, want love ect.... but it’s also important to see the many different paths to a healthy fulfilling life. And not centring your choices and decisions around male opinions and validation.
