I was going through Joseph's story in scriptures and I saw how God's favor distinguished him and made him successful in his journey of life till he became the Prime Minister. He found favor before Potiphar who put him in charge of all his household except his wife.

'So, Joseph found favor in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had he put under his authority' Genesis 39:4 NKJV

Again, he obtained favor before the keeper of the prison who set him up to monitor the affairs in the prison.

Even thou he was going through a tough time, a comfortable favorite son of his father now turned a slave and prisoner, still God's favor was with him helping him through all his ordeals.

'But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison' Genesis 39:21 NKJV

Favor brought Esther into the limelight; although she fulfilled all the beauty obligations like every other maiden in the contest, when it was time for the king to make his choice, favor spoke!

'The king loved Esther more than all the other women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti' Esther 2:17 NKJV

What can we do without God's favor? It turns around many years of labor in just one moment.  I pray for you today that favor locates you wherever you are, in your job, business, career or ministry.

Like Joseph, divine favor will set you apart and make you successful in all that you do in Jesus Name, Amen
