ok now that school is over time to drop 60lbs

is it common for ppl who dedicate their hs life doing sports to gain so much weight after grad

but yeah uhhhh im having a hard time breathing and my boobs are getting so heavy and i cant fit any of my pants

just tryna write out the plan to see it better but uhhhhh things to do daily would be 1 30min yoga, 1 bike ride, and then swim yeahyeahyeahyeah OK BETTTTT

also i havent weighed myself for real since 4 years ago when i was 125 sooooo uhhhhhhh i gained like 60 from the looks of it yiKeS

i guess i should have put this at the beginning but trigger warning for body dysmorphia and suicide

i dont like talking abt it much bc im not really fond of praise and motivational types of things !!! they just make me uncomfy and feel like im going to disappoint them in the end so nobody say anything like that LOL

thankfully i no longer want to die as often when it comes to my weight so theres nothing to be worried about and me tweeting this is just to hold myself accountable to actually get started heheh itll b great im excited to feel something again
