Has anyone else experienced the wrath of the GP receptionist? I’m telling you these guys are military trained - very scary on the phone and btw Karen you’re NOT the doctor!

I should add that most are wonderful and it’s a tough old job dealing with people in various emotional states but sometimes it feels like some are hired to the job purely to be judgmental, give out and stop you ever seeing a doctor!!
