Here's a simple truth. At the next general election, if you vote against the Tories you'll end up with Labour. You'll split the right wing vote which will usher in a Labour government. The consequences?

Starmer has already declared he'll change the trade deal with the EU so that trade flows easier between the UK and EU. This means rejoining the single market and customs union which he is known to support.

And after that Labour will want a say in EU affairs which means rejoining. Any referendum will be fixed so that we rejoin. EU citizens and 16 year olds will get the vote.

Then there's immigration. We've already seen what a Labour government is capable of where immigration is concerned. And this lot in the Labour party is far worse than the last lot.

By reducing the Tory vote you'll be helping to facilitate a Labour government. That is a fact. You will be responsible for this. I get why many of you dislike the Tories at present, but believe me when I say, the alternative is far worse.

You can happily say that you helped get the Tories out, but do you really want a Labour government? If you wish, abstain, spoil your ballot paper, vote for a tiny party, but you'll get a Labour government.

That is the choice before you.
