On behaviour in schools. There’s probably no other job/profession(excepting NHS workers and Police - but that’s different) that fills one with such dread about coping with this on a daily basis. The feeling of going in to face it, the feeling of being useless having faced it. 1/n

Driving into school to face this is the worst feeling, sometimes the shear worry can be overwhelming. Teaching can be a dismal job when and if this isn’t addressed. 2/n

So how on earth can Heads and so called ‘inclusion leaders’ sleep at night when they know that this is happening under their watch? Beats me.
