Just had my second lucid dream ever only a couple days after my first wtf!! You guys this is so insanely cool to me I’m so happy 🤯
For those asking how I’ve been doing it here’s what I’m doing:
1. increase my dream recall by writing down my dreams first thing when I wake up each morning.
2. Read my dreams before bed and try to remember them as best I can.
3. Repeat “I will be aware that I’m dreaming” (cont)
Out loud first then over and over in my head as I’m falling asleep at bedtime. You need to really mean it, you can’t just say the words.
4. It was hard to learn but you want to fall asleep while repeating the thought/phrase AND imagining yourself back in a previous dream scene.
5. If you wake up earlier than you usually do that great! Write down the dream you just had (if you had one) and repeat the falling asleep technique I mentioned before. Eventually you’ll be thinking about being aware while in a dream AS your dreaming!! Then BOOM SUCCESS
