My Garmin watch has a ‘Body Battery’ feature that’s pretty cool and accurate. When I have had a great night’s sleep I ‘recharge’ to 100. When I run it takes 20, 30 off it. Right now it’s at 5.

Changed all of the hotel quarantine food to ‘only salads’ so that we can eat proper food, like the pot of mutton biryani I intend to order from Junior Kuppana and the endless kaya toasts I plan to have friends send me

Ya Kun kaya toast delivery incoming.. excites!!

I don’t think Ya Kun is the best kaya but it is my preferred chain because I like the flatter, less poofy bread and it has the most butter of all the chains. When I get out I’m gonna go to the old school kaya toast place I love that also puts a blob of butter in the coffee
