Write short descriptions of the video sections.
Hours 3 to 7

Spend at most 1 hour recording a 5-10 minute loom for each section.

Don't like it? Do it over again.

Start badly? restart

Take your time.
Hour 8
Upload videos to Gumroad.
Add in video links to spreadsheet you're giving away.

Write gumroad welcome email.

Write gumroad automated emails for 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks later.
Hour 9
Record an intro to the course. 5 minutes max.

Put this on gumroad.

Record a 30 second video about the course.

Put this on Twitter.
Put it on Product Hunt.
Hour 10

Promote the heck out of it.
