He is praising his America Rescue Plan. Over 220 million shots have been administered since he took office. He is calling all eligible Americans to get vaccinated. 70% of seniors are now vaccinated.

I'm going to start crying. He said he spoke to a nurse who said that giving vaccines is like giving people a shot of hope. It really did feel like that for me at least.

He just brought up green energy too. Good nod to the handful of Green Party folks and the younger gen who are more environmentally conscious than older gens.

Biden has done his homework. He wants to invest in cancer research and NIH. THANK GOD. Those grants have nearly vanished thanks to the anti-science administration of Trump. It would be great to be doing more primary research again. It is how we keep our scientific edge globally.

His rhetorical moves are sexy as hell. He just posited how some plutocrats talk smack about democracy then pivoted to defend our way of governance. It is textbook argumentation 101. Love it.

His research is right. Kids who go to preschool tend to do better later in life. It starts them on a trajectory for success in school. It also helps parents as it will be childcare. He is also talking about 2 years of college being covered. He just gave a nod to his wife.

He is proposing a sliding scale for daycare.
