You realize by mentioning it like that, your not saying what a "golem" even is, and just bitching about something...

By the way, a golem is a creature of jewish mytholy that's a figure of inorganic material, traditionally clay, and given "life" magically.

("Life" being in quotes because a golem is capable of movement but not any of the other qualities normally associated with life.)

A golem is also not the same thing as an elemental, although a golem can be elemental.

Since the snaxsquach is, in fact, created by Lizberts will and does not actually do anything on it's own... yes, I'd say that the thing IS a golem.
