As a human with ADHD who has consistently prioritized other people's happiness, to-dos, and work over my own, I've lately been experimenting with viewing myself as a "friend" I'm helping out, and I think it's helping me a little 🥲❤️
I'm still overwhelmed, but I'm getting better at asking for help/what I need. Progress!
Example: I was feeling overwhelmed and told myself to take a walk to feel better 🧠
