personal comment : i always say i love slow burns, but this has to be THE SLOWBURN out of every fanfic to exist. it has everyone’s character down to the bone. it’s so realistic & amazing but it’s also very time consuming so read it when you are ready to give it time the time.

2. In A Sky Of Million Stars by @StringlishOnAo3

• a fanfic where deku actually jumped but survived which started the recovery process of bkdk’s relationship

personal comment : this fanfic has such a special place in my heart, it’s so well written. it diverges from canon at certain points but it’s done so well and and naturally. there are many sensitive themes discussed in this story but the author does it all justice. it’s very good!

• abo universe where alpha bakugo has to work his ass off to make omega deku fall in love with him

personal comment : this is one of my favorite abo universe fics. there was a point where deku’s character annoyed me a little but i pulled through and started to understand him better! it’s very well written & the author makes the development so well! i love bakugo’s character sm

• another classic bkdk fanfic where deku dials the wrong number and finds himself a phone (pen) pal.

personal comment : i read this a long time ago but till this day i come back to read it. it’s so well written, funny, and very lighthearted with minor angst. i love reading this fanfic a lot! the author did an awesome job with the build up of bkdk’s relationship.

•basically a what-if deku starts calling bakugo by his name instead of kacchan

personal comment : i cannot stress this enough how much i love this one shot. flirty, whipped deku trying to shoot his shot with a pizza delivery would wants to be anywhere but there and actually succeeding in it! it’s very light hearted and adorable!

personal comment : i read this a long time ago but their dynamic is just so good in this. when i say i love enemies to lovers trope, this is what i talk about. it is explicit and it’s written so good! i have read this multiple times yet it always feels like the first!

personal comment : this has to be one of the best alternate universe fanfics to ever exist. the plot, the development, the characters are all 10/10. this fanfic is so well written. it has a lot of dark & mature themes and it’s done so well! one of my favorite bkdk fanfics.

personal comment : this fic had me bawling, especially because so many characters die but bkdk’s journey is so painful! i love their dynamic with each other so well! there are not a lot of zombie au’s in bnha but this is one of the best written gems out there!

personal comment : i just discovered this fic today and read it all in one sitting. it has me so whipped that i kept giggling like i had a crush on someone. i live for a flustered whipped bakugo and this fic portrays that so well. it would be a crime to not read this fic.
