The best part about this is that, in show canon, Joe was absolutely the one character who would not get a life-saving vaccine for unhinged conspiracy reasons

The episode would be about Dave trying to stop him from talking Beth and Matthew out of it too

Matthew would be wringing his hands like “I don’t know, Joe, this whole COVID thing sounds pretty serious” and Joe’s all “nah, man, it’s just so Bill Gates can put a tracking microchip in your arm for when the aliens come” and Catherine would walk by and just sigh dramatically

Beth’s like “Dave, I don’t want a secret alien microchip in my arm!” and Dave is banging his head on the wall in weary frustration going “FOR THE LAST TIME, THERE ARE NO SECRET ALIEN MICROCHIPS” and Joe’s like “that’s exactly what a microchip would say”

Meanwhile, Jimmy James convinced Bill to invest all his savings in one of the vaccine programs because he guaranteed it would make them both millions only to find out that this one was a Ponzi scheme and the B-plot is them trying to get Bill’s money back
