1. I eat low calorie dense foods.

Low calorie dense foods are foods that have a lot of volume for very few calories.

These foods are great for when you enter a fat loss phase because it’s easy to get full with low-moderate calories.

Examples: watermelon, raw spinach, potatoes
2. Once I find meals that I enjoy, and align with my fitness goals...

I eat them OFTEN!

Having repetition with your meals is a cheat code.

If you enjoy a meal and it has sufficient protein, cook it often or even in bulk and store the remainders in the fridge.
3. I invest in quality ingredients

You don’t need to go to the most expensive grocery store to find high quality products.

However there is a correlation between price and quality so don’t be cheap when grocery shopping.

It’s worth paying a little more for better ingredients.
4. I use my favorite 0/low calorie sauces and condiments.

Switching from regular sauces to 0/low calorie options is a great tool because it allows you to get the same flavor for less calories.

Good examples are:

-Hot sauce
-Salsa
-Sugar free bbq sauce
I season my damn food!

There’s no need to be eating dry chicken breast, season your god damn food!

Seasoning can take an average meal to a gourmet one!

My go to’s are:

-Pink Himalayan sea salt
-Pepper
-Garlic and onion powder
-Chili flakes
-Cajun
-Cayenne
-Paprika
If you implement these 5 tricks, your diet will be 10x more sustainable.
