okayy so before i say what i’m about to say i don’t want anybody tryna cancel me or being rude bc it’s just a thought and my opinion

so basically i’m a christian which means i believe in God and Jesus and the bible n all that and i respect all religions and ideas of spirituality but i’ve never been able to understand atheists and maybe it’s just bc i don’t know a lot of them-

but i just kinda thought being an atheist would be kinda sad bc u don’t believe in a higher power. i’m not saying there’s anything wrong with it ofc believe what u wanna believe but i think while we’re on earth we might as well believe in something yk-

i just feel like believing in some higher power can be rly comforting at times and encourages you to be a better person .. thoughts??
