End of November 2020 I bought Cold Email Mastery

I had no idea how to run an agency
I just knew I wanted to make it work

So here& #39;s the blueprint that got me to $25K MMR in 5 months
1. GETTING MY FIRST CLIENTS
- Made a shortlist of 25 companies I would love to work with within my niche
- Sent Starbucks gift cards via email and pushed a call & #39;over a coffee on me& #39;
- Closed 4 clients in 6 weeks

If you really want to work with companies...
Take the time to MANUALLY reach out to them and do what you can to get them on the phone
Even send them:
- Starbucks gift cards
- Handwritten notes
- A book they mention on LinkedIn they want to read
- Etc

2. NOW I HAD 4 CLIENTS I HAD TO GET RESULTS FOR
I stopped ALL outreach for my agency
1. Purchased and warmed domains for each client
2. Asked for a list of 10 of their & #39;dream clients& #39;
3. Started using LinkedIn & Cold calls to get results whilst domains warmed

I ALWAYS ask new clients for a list of 10 companies they really want to work with - I recommend you do too
Go out of your way to get these companies on the phone with your client
1 - This shows your ballsy
2 - If you do get them on the phone the leverage that creates is CRAZY

By the time their domains were ready to start sending emails from I had:
- WAY more than enough leads scraped
- 2/3 email campaigns written
- Done the research to understand the target market, competition and their offer
PUT YOURSELF IN A POSITION TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING

To maximise results, I combined:
- Email
- Linkedin
- Cold calling
I now use GoHighLevel CRM to bring it all together

This led to me getting a client on the phone with
